Ehsan Tatasadi

I had the pleasure of working alongside Ehsan (in my role as Product Owner) for several years on the same project. His deep expertise in the Azure platform, DevOps, and platform engineering consistently kept us on the right track and elevated the entire team. Just as impressive, Ehsan is always proactive and generous with his time, uplifting everyone around him with his can-do attitude and unwavering willingness to help.

Sein Know-How im Bereich Azure, Frontend-Entwicklung sowie DevOps machten ihn zu einem gefragten Experten. Die Zusammenarbeit war sehr gut und professionell. I worked with Ehsan for 5–6 years on the same project for a major customer. He was one of the best colleagues I've had the pleasure of working with. Ehsan had complete command of his technical areas, including .NET, Azure Cloud, and Azure DevOps, and was one of our lead experts. One of the key initiatives where he played a major role was our transition from classic Azure DevOps pipelines to YAML pipelines, which he helped drive successfully. He is a true senior professional who consistently delivers high-quality work, takes ownership of his responsibilities, and is always willing to support his colleagues. He is also an excellent code reviewer—not afraid to provide constructive feedback, but always in a respectful and collaborative manner that helps the whole team improve. Beyond his technical expertise, Ehsan was one of the easiest colleagues to approach. He was always open to discussing ideas, sharing knowledge, and exchanging opinions in a friendly and professional way. I would gladly work with him again.

Ehsan is one of the most gifted IT Professionals I had the chance to work with in recent years. He is a talented full-stack developer who quickly picks up new concepts and technologies. In the projects we worked on together, Ehsan was responsible for developing ASP.NET applications, Azure DevOps pipelines as well as other Azure Services. I was impressed with the speed with which Ehsan was able to switch from our OnPrem infrastructure to Cloud Technologies. One example being where he migrated the OnPrem Pipelines to Azure DevOps where he built reusable components that improved maintainability and supported a wide range of use cases. Ehsan is highly motivated to learn and continuously improve. He earned both Azure Developer and DevOps Engineer certifications which formally validates his expertise and professional competencies. Within the team, Ehsan was a go-to person for different topics. He is always friendly, actively listening and highly collaborative. I strongly believe Ehsan is a valuable asset to any organization, as his broad skillset can cover different business requirements and I am definitely looking forward to working together with him again.

Mit Ehsan habe ich über 2 Jahre in einem IT Projekt eines Verteilnetzbetreibers zusammengearbeitet. Ehsan habe ich als super zuverlässigen und kompetenten IT-Entwickler kennengelernt, mit dem die Zusammenarbeit im Team jederzeit Spaß gemacht hat und effektiv war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist sein tiefes Know-how im Bereich Azure Cloud und DevOps, das er zielgerichtet in die Praxis eingebracht hat. Er arbeitet strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und behält auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen stets den Überblick. Durch seine freundliche, positive und hilfsbereite Art war er ein geschätzter Kollege im Team. Auf Ehsan konnte man sich jederzeit verlassen. Ich habe immer sehr gerne mit Ehsan zusammengearbeitet. Er hat stets proaktiv gehandelt und out-of-the-box gedacht. Seinen Code habe ich gerne gelesen, und was ich außerdem bewundere: Er lernt permanent weiter und verbessert sich mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch an sich selbst. Ich hätte auf jeden Fall wieder Lust auf ein gemeinsames Projekt!
